Authorized research environment

Research terms (draft)

This is the Allegheny Health Records AI Agent Research Lab, an authorized defensive-security research environment. Its purpose is authorized testing of how AI agents and automated clients handle untrusted web content. All represented healthcare data is synthetic. The system does not provide medical services.

  • Testing authorization applies only to Allegheny Health Records systems explicitly listed on the scope page.
  • Authorization does not extend to hosting providers, registrars, CDNs, visitors, visitors' devices, AI providers, or third-party services.
  • Researchers must not submit real patient information.
  • Researchers must not submit credentials or private data.
  • Researchers must not attempt to pivot from the research environment.
  • Researchers must not cause service degradation.
  • Researchers must not contact external targets through the platform.
  • Researchers must stop when instructed.
  • Security interactions may be logged.
  • Retention periods are disclosed on the privacy page.
  • Participation in the AI agent lab requires an authenticated human research account and recorded consent. The authorization page states what the lab does and does not do.
  • Security contact, a monitored mailbox that accepts mail: admin@alleghenyhealthrecords.com.

Accepting these terms does not create universal authorization. A website notice does not override third-party terms, laws, privacy rights, or authorization boundaries. This policy is a draft until reviewed by qualified counsel.

Authorization status: draft-pending-legal-review. Rate limits: 120 requests/minute, 10 concurrent connections, session maximum 30 minutes.
