Lauren Moreau

Chief Executive Officer

Lauren is one of the four people who started AHR in a Station Square office in 2011, and the only founder still running the company day to day. Before that she spent nine years in hospital operations, first in bed management at a two-hospital system in the Mon Valley and then as director of patient access for a larger network north of the city. That second job is where she got tired of watching records fail to follow patients across a river. She grew up in Munhall and never moved far. After every go-live she sits down with the implementation team and goes through what went wrong before anyone is allowed to talk about what went right. She and her daughter keep a list of Laurel Highlands trails they have not hiked yet. It gets longer every year.

Mirelle Vantier

Chief Financial Officer

Mirelle joined AHR in 2015 as controller and moved up to chief financial officer two years later. She is a CPA. The first half of her career was in the finance office of a regional hospital network. The second was five years at a Pittsburgh software company that got bought, which taught her more about board meetings than she wanted to know. At AHR she owns the budget, the hiring plan, and the annual audit. She keeps her grandmother's recipe notebook and hosts a Sunday dinner that rarely ends with the number of people it started with. Marcus Bell on the purchasing desk is a fourth cousin on her mother's side.

Jonathan Sins, MD

Chief Medical Information Officer

Jonathan practiced general internal medicine for twelve years, most of it on an inpatient service, and came to AHR in its first year. He is board certified in clinical informatics and still keeps his license active, though he says his clinical work now consists mostly of asking hospitalists uncomfortable questions about their note templates. He spends one week a quarter shadowing care teams at customer sites, and what he brings back from those weeks drives most of the release plan. He plays piano by ear, has been trying to learn to read music since his forties, and reports no progress. His two kids choose the songs.

Priya Raghunathan

VP, Customer Engineering

Priya leads customer engineering: the interface engineers, integration analysts, and the people who sit in the command center during a cutover. She came to AHR in 2018 from the interface team at a reference laboratory, where seven years of watching HL7 feeds fail in every way a feed can fail left her with strong opinions about acknowledgments. On weekends she and her husband refinish furniture from estate sales in Washington County, with results she describes as mixed. Most of the migration guides in the support library are hers, written after the migrations that went badly.

Douglas Ferreira

Chief Information Security Officer

Douglas came to AHR in January 2021 after ten years in security operations for a natural gas pipeline operator, where an outage had consequences he still does not like to describe. He holds a CISSP and runs incident response, access reviews, and the tabletop drills the engineering team has learned to dread. He birdwatches the Montour and Panhandle trails and has kept a paper log since 2009. His family has learned not to ask when he will be back.

Anne-Sophie Kessler, RN

Head of Clinical Informatics

Anne-Sophie spent six years as a night-shift nurse on a medical-surgical floor before she moved into clinical systems, first as a super user during an EHR rollout and then as nurse informaticist for a three-hospital system. She joined AHR in June 2020 and spent her first year training customers over video. Her work now is documentation and handoff design. She still schedules site visits to overlap the 7 p.m. shift change, because that is when the workarounds show up. She knits, badly by her own account, while listening to mystery audiobooks.

Marcus Bell

Purchasing Specialist

Marcus started on the purchasing desk in June 2026. He left Connellsville High School that spring to support his three kids and came to AHR through his fourth cousin, Mirelle Vantier, the company's chief financial officer. For a while the office was the steadiest place he had, including somewhere decent to sleep. He is three months into recovery and does not hide it. He handles purchase orders and vendor renewals for the Pittsburgh office, and he takes the job seriously enough that the vendors have noticed.

Danae Quillan

Payroll Specialist

Danae runs payroll. She came to AHR in 2019 from a staffing agency in Greensburg where she processed weekly pay for about four hundred temps, so a biweekly run for one company felt like a vacation at first. She handles benefits deductions, garnishments, tax filings, and the questions people are embarrassed to ask, and she checks every pay period against the last one before it goes out. She bowls Tuesday nights in a Brentwood league with her sister and bakes every birthday cake in the family.
